Course Design & Revision
The LXD team assists faculty in creating effective, engaging curricula tailored to student needs. To schedule a new course design or revision project, please consult with your program's chair or dean.
Course Maintenance & Improvement
Our team provides maintenance and improvement services for existing courses. Maintenance projects for minor updates (e.g., fixing broken links) typically take 1-3 business days. Improvement projects that require more significant changes follow a timeline that allows for departmental approval. To get started, submit a request below.
Important: For urgent issues in a live course currently impacting students, please contact the NLU Help Desk for immediate assistance.
- Submit a Course Maintenance Request (Minor corrections)
- Submit a Course Improvement Request (Significant changes)
Course Copies for Upcoming Terms
Each term, the LXD team prepares upcoming course sections by loading content from our master templates. This process is scheduled on our production calendar to ensure all courses are ready for the start of the term. Program directors collaborate with our team to identify and approve the correct content for each course section.
Consultations & Technology Integration
The LXD team offers personalized support for faculty. We can consult on instructional techniques, evaluation methods, and technology integration. Our team will assess your needs and recommend solutions to enrich the learning experience.
