EAB Progress Reports For Student Success

As discussed in the adjunct orientation, the use of Retain is required as part of your course assignment. For 6-week online courses, faculty are required to enter student progress reports during Weeks 2 and 6. For 10-week courses, faculty are required to enter student progress reports during Weeks 2, 4, and 8. We also encourage you to use Ad Hoc Reports often throughout the term as a means to alert Academic Advising, Learning Support, and Student Success Coaches to the achievements of your students—both positive and those needing additional supports.
