College Credit for Aim4Excellence™ at National-Louis University

All students enrolled in Aim4Excellence™ are subject to the terms and conditions of the program. Students registered to take the modules for credit through National-Louis University may access additional information regarding university policies and procedures in the student guidebook.
Grading of Aim4Excellence™ College Credit Coursework
at National-Louis University
Each Aim4Excellence™ module includes a variety of evidence of learning activities that total 100 points. In order to receive a Certificate of Completion for a module you must attain a score of 70 points or higher. Students taking the Aim4Excellence™ modules for credit at National-Louis University will receive a course grade as an average of the three modules included in the course. Grades will be assigned according to the following grading scale:

Viewing Your Grades
Students enrolled for college credit at National-Louis University will receive an e-mail once a grade is posted for an Aim4Excellence™ course. In order to view your grade you will need to:
- Log on to the National-Louis University Portal. Learn how.
- View your grade from your http://my.nl.edu account. Learn how.

Requesting a Transcript
Once your grades have been posted, you may request a transcript of your coursework online by visiting the National-Louis University Office of Admissions and Records.
Dropping an Aim4Excellence™ Course
A student may request a full refund for the tuition fees ($330 per module) for college credit through National-Louis University. If you need to drop a course, you must do so in writing prior to the completion of the first module of the course and within 7 days of the date of first log in.
Registration fees ($150 per module ) will not be refunded for modules already started. You may request in writing a refund of 50% of the module registration fee, as described in the Terms and Conditions, for modules not yet started.
